BOSAM Contracting & Consulting exists because most contractor business problems have already been solved by someone who survived them. This platform makes those solutions available to every contractor who is ready to use them.
Twenty-four years. That is how long it took to build what BOSAM is today.
It started as a laborer in structural concrete and flatwork. From there came foreman work, then superintendent roles on commercial jobs across the country. Long hours. Early mornings. Work that required everything you had and then asked for more. That time in the field shaped what this company believes about work ethic, commitment, and what it actually takes to do this right.
Over time the roles changed. Project management revealed where the process breaks down. Estimating showed what the numbers really mean. Construction management brought in the customer, the contracts, and the business development side that most field guys never see. Each step added a layer. None of them replaced the one before it.
BOSAM INC was founded in 2024. Not because the field was finished, but because something needed to be said — and built.
The trades are losing ground. Skills are declining. Commitment is harder to find. But the bigger problem is that teaching has stopped. The knowledge that used to move from the experienced to the young through mentorship, repetition, and accountability is no longer being passed down the way it should be. That gap does not fix itself.
The tools on this platform were not purchased from a software company or designed by someone who read about construction management. They were built after discovering that ninety percent of what exists in this industry was created by people who have never managed all sides of a contracting business at once. That is not a criticism. It is a reason.
BOSAM Contracting & Consulting is the answer to a problem that has been growing for a long time. Structure, apprenticeship, internal growth, accountability, and real teaching — brought back into the trades through a platform built by someone who came up through every level of it.
The field does not need fewer experienced people. It needs the ones who know the most to stop leaving without passing it on.
